Melanie began her journey in healthcare as a physical therapist in acute care settings. This on-the-floor work gave her a deep understanding of patient care, sparking a passion for patient-centered solutions. She later transitioned into post-acute clinical specialization, supporting after-hospital wound care and equipment needs, and helping facilities get products and education for safe patient care. With a wealth of expertise in both acute and and after-hospital care, Melanie understands the entire patient journey, and how communication throughout creates the best patient experience.
