Meet Ariana Wilson, Hospital Success Manager at Patient Guide Solutions. With a background in communications and a passion for education, Ariana ensures that our clients’ Patient Engagement Guides truly meet the needs of our hospitals and the patients they serve.

Customizing Solutions to Match Hospital Priorities

Ariana and her team collaborate with our hospitals to create Patient Engagement Guides that are the best solutions for both the hospitals’ goals and their patients’ needs. 

"We work with our current clients to make sure they’re getting the best product available from us that meets their needs," she explains. 

Pairing branded, hospital-specific material with medical content from our extensive Patient Resource Library, Ariana and her team create custom Patient Engagement Guides that align with each hospital’s strategic priorities, such as reducing readmissions or educating patients about post-surgical care. 

"Our Hospital Success Advocates bridge the gap between our clients and the print and design teams who bring the Guides to life,” she says. “We are a one-stop shop, and we take care of everything," 

Ariana’s goal is clear: "We strive to provide an exceptional customer experience."

A Passion Rooted in Communication

With a degree in communications emphasizing print journalism and a minor in family and consumer sciences, Ariana has a passion for improving lives. "I’ve always been intrigued by how the market in our daily lives affects families and caregivers," she says. 

Her experience writing for her campus newspaper and yearbook fueled her passion for educating others.

"Seeing how words and language come together to teach people and communicate a clear message is so fulfilling," Ariana notes. 

Ariana is particularly interested in making complex healthcare information accessible. "On a human level, you have to bridge all the jargon and large words for everyday people. I love seeing how we are able to do that."

Empathy Through Experience

Having witnessed her own family's healthcare experiences, Ariana understands the challenges patients and caregivers face. 

"With my family, I have seen how every hospital stay is different. There is so much to learn at such an overwhelming time," she says. "That is what pushes me here. I can put myself in those patients’ and caregivers' shoes because I have been there, and I know how hard it really is to navigate."

Committed to Continuous Improvement

Ariana and her team are proactive in addressing our hospitals' evolving needs. 

"We have suggestions and strategies that can help, based on what we see in our work with hospitals across the country," she explains. “And, if we see recurring themes, we bring those trends to attention so our teams can develop content that meets that need."
